Ask us to hold a bull and we will keep it reserved for seven days while you arrange transport, paperwork and space in your own cattle barn. No deposit is charged during that window, so you can confirm pedigree details, health records and pickup logistics before committing to the purchase.
A bull becomes officially yours once the deposit reaches our office, and from that point we keep the animal fed, groomed and ready in our cattle barn. The remaining balance falls due thirty days before pickup, or immediately if you place your order inside that thirty-day window.
You may move your pickup date once, free of charge, up to twenty-one days before the scheduled day, to any opening left within the same breeding season, whether for a yearling bull or a pair of calves ready for pasture. A second move is possible only if we can place another buyer into the slot you are vacating.
Every breeding group requires a minimum number of confirmed buyers before we can finalize it and move the calves off pasture. If that number isn't reached, we will let you know twenty-one days ahead of pickup, and you can choose a later date, a different bull, or a full refund, including your deposit.
Proof of sound health certification and current vaccination records is a condition of every bull breeding transfer, since biosecurity protects the whole herd. Tell us about any special cattle feed requirements, known allergies, or handling needs ahead of time — it changes how our staff prepares the animal, but never whether a sale goes through for any of our farm animals.
Feeding, veterinary checks, pasture turnout, and every night of boarding listed for your bull before transport are included as part of responsible livestock farming. Trailer hauling, personal handling equipment, and separate insurance coverage are not.
